At Nelia's Neighbors, our story begins with family.

Founded by sisters Danielle and Alicia, Nelia's Neighbors was born from a deeply personal experience navigating the complexities of senior care for our beloved grandmother, Ethel Nelia. Like so many families, we found ourselves overwhelmed by difficult decisions, endless research, and the emotional weight that comes with helping a loved one transition into the next stage of life. We quickly realized that while there were many resources available, there was often no single trusted guide to help families connect the dots.

That experience inspired us to create the service we wished we had.

Today, Nelia's Neighbors proudly serves families throughout Central Virginia as a senior liaison and concierge service dedicated to simplifying the aging journey. We help seniors and their loved ones navigate important life transitions by connecting them with trusted local resources, senior living communities, and support services tailored to their unique needs.

Whether a family is exploring independent living, assisted living, memory care, or aging-in-place solutions, we walk alongside them every step of the way. Our team works closely with reputable senior living communities and service providers, offering personalized guidance, placement assistance, move coordination, home service referrals, and ongoing support throughout the transition process.
